Content that's not within scope of the accessibility regulations
3rd party content – mobile apps
3rd party mobile applications outside of the control of the university are not the responsibility of the university to manage for accessibility compliance. The university still wishes as many users to be able to use any and all software we utilise. If you have accessibility problems with SpotMe, please contact us using the methods listed above.
Live video
Captioning and video alternatives for live video are out of scope of the regulations, and the university is not required to provide alternatives for live video capture. However, we intend to make our live and hybrid experiences as accessible as possible and aim to use captioning for Teams, PowerPoint and any other presentation tools wherever possible.
