UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF)

As an institution, the University of Westminster is committed to the UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF) and pledges to create and maintain the highest standards of agent management, ensuring the UK remains a leading study destination for international students.

We are committed to:

  2. Ensuring good agent governance and professionalism.
  3. Promoting ethical agent practices, professional knowledge, and competency
  4. Increasing transparency and accountability.

  • Agents who submit an application on your behalf are given full access to the data provided in your application form, as well as permission to discuss all aspects of your application with the University of Westminster.
  • Agents must be honest in their communications with students regarding the University, and vice versa. Representatives shall not provide you or University with false or misleading information.
  • Agents must adhere to the University of Westminster Agent Code of Conduct as well as The National Code of Ethical Practice for Education Agents
  • Representatives must behave with integrity and honesty and are appointed following a thorough selection process. Westminster provides all representatives with training to ensure the highest standards.
  • Representatives of the University of Westminster are paid commission for their services.

We make every effort to ensure that our contracted agents adhere to the highest standards. However, we acknowledge that on rare occasions, students may have reason to express concern to the University about an education advisor or agent.  Please follow our education advisor and agent complaints process if you are not satisfied with the services they provide for any reason.
