Our students form one of the most diverse student populations in the country. Like our philanthropist founder Quintin Hogg, we offer opportunities to those who have the aspirations and ability to learn and to put their learning into practice in their working lives, whatever their background. However, there is more to be done to ensure that we can continue to offer these opportunities.

In today's economic climate, your support is as important as ever in helping us to achieve our goals and, as a donor, you can have a say in how the University spends your contribution. For example, you can make a donation to a specific department or programme, such as our Scholarship Programme, a particular field of research such as breast cancer research, or a capital project such as the Regent Street Cinema restoration.

Support our more vulnerable students

We have set up the COVID-19 Response Fund to help reduce the financial concerns of our students and help them focus on their studies.

The Ignite fund

The Ignite Fund (formerly known as The 125 Fund), is a matched funding opportunity which gives all students at the University of Westminster the opportunity to apply for funding for projects and activities which help to ignite their employability and professional development. With over 700 students supported to date, help make a difference for the future of our students, today.

Restoring the Soho Poly

We have ambitious plans to restore one of London’s most iconic and historically important alternative theatre venues, located in the basement of the University of Westminster’s Riding House Street building. Find out how you can support this project on the Soho Poly page.

Corporate giving

Through supporting the University of Westminster, your organisation can help enable students to reach their true potential in their chosen field through a number of initiatives, whilst helping to promote your organisation's social values and brand. Find out more about getting involved on our Corporate giving page.

How to give

You can give online or by post. We are always grateful for one-off gifts, but we also invite you to consider a regular giving plan, which helps us to plan in advance which projects we can support each year.
