Lubna Shuja is a Law LLB alumnus who made history in October 2022 when she became the first Asian, first Muslim and only seventh female President of the Law Society of England and Wales. In her role as President, Lubna represents over 200,000 solicitors in England and Wales. Lubna frequently appears in national and international media to speak on legal matters and has written extensively for many publications. Lubna has given evidence before the House of Commons Justice Select Committee and spoken at several All-Party Parliamentary Group events. Lubna has been instrumental in the opening up of the Indian legal services market to lawyers in England and Wales and she uses her position to advocate for access to justice for vulnerable people. In 2022, she was awarded the Sole Practitioner of the Year Award in the UK Diversity Legal Awards.

Cameron Sinclair

Cameron Sinclair is a social impact entrepreneur and designer whose work has provided shelter and facilities for over 2.6 million people worldwide. Cameron has built over 420 projects in more than 60 countries. He is the founder of Worldchanging Institute, a global research and development organisation that creates solutions for humanitarian crises. He also serves as executive director of Armory of Harmony, a non-profit which turns weapons into musical instruments. Cameron previously led social innovation at Airbnb and developed their philanthropic vision, including building a housing system for refugees and victims of natural disasters. Prior to this, he worked for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and was co-founder and CEO of Architecture for Humanity. He has received the TED prize, the National Design Award and is a Young Global Leader for the World Economic Forum. Cameron holds an honorary doctorate from Westminster. 

Robert Adam

Robert Adam is a widely published and celebrated architect and scholar. In 2000, Robert founded Adam Architecture which has become the largest traditional architecture firm in Europe. Robert is a pioneer of contextual urban design and a key figure in the development of traditional and classical architecture. His writing and work have been published and exhibited across the world, including his extensive catalogue of academic papers and books. He is a visiting Professor of Urban Design at the University of Strathclyde and acts a government advisor on planning and design. He was an elected councillor of the Royal Institute of British Architects from 1995-2005 and gained a doctorate from Oxford Brookes in 2021. Robert founded the International Network for Traditional Building Architecture and Urbanism in 2001 and the Traditional Architecture Group in 2003. 

Robert Thomson

Robert joined the film industry through Universal Pictures and Paramount, becoming Vice President. Robert oversaw studio procurement in video post-production and then began his MBA at Westminster. Robert next became European Managing Director for Panasonic, overseeing DVD operations and sales until Panasonic left the sector. Robert pivoted to start his own business, Digital Media Services (DMS) UK, which utilised new digital technology to assist major studios in distributing assets digitally rather than physically. Within ten years, Robert had grown the business to 150 staff in the UK and Los Angeles. After moving on from DMS in 2017, Robert took some time out before starting MIS UK Ltd, a modern & classic motorcycle dealership which won independent dealership of the year in the Prestige Business Awards 2023. Robert is also involved in the charity sector, with local hospice groups and microfinance charities in Africa.
