Regent Street Cinema
After a three year fundraising campaign the Regent Street Cinema has been restored and re-opened by the University of Westminster, reinstating one of the most historic cinemas in Britain to its former grandeur. Echoing its history, the cinema will continue to be a catalyst for innovative education and research, and a showcase for the University’s internationally acclaimed work in film, media and visual culture.

Breast Cancer Research
Pioneering research into the detection, treatment and prevention of breast and secondary cancers is being undertaken at the University of Westminster. Our laboratory recently ran the largest study to date in the UK of the diet and lifestyle of breast cancer patients. Additional support will enable our team to expand their work into key new research areas.

The Ambika P3 programme has been generously supported by the Ambika Paul Foundation and the family of the University’s first Chancellor, the Rt Hon Lord Paul of Marylebone, PC. It is a unique space for contemporary art and architecture developed from the vast former concrete construction hall in the heart of Marylebone.
