Adobe Express Premium is available to you through your university account. You can use it to create presentations, graphics, videos, social media content and more.
You’ll also have access to premium templates, collaboration tools, cloud storage and Adobe Firefly generative AI features.
Why use Adobe Express Premium?
Adobe Express is designed to be easy to use, whether you’re new to creative tools or already have experience.
- Create quickly: Make high-quality content using templates and easy-to-use creative tools.
- Work together: Collaborate on group assignments, projects and other shared work.
- Store your work: You get 100 GB of Adobe cloud storage, giving you another place to keep your creative projects without using your Microsoft OneDrive storage quota.
- Use AI tools: Adobe Firefly generative AI features are included through a monthly AI credit allowance. See AI credits below for more information.
How to access Adobe Express Premium
Getting started is easy:
- Open Adobe Express.
- Select Sign in.
- Choose Continue with Microsoft.
- Sign in with your University of Westminster email address and password.
- Your Adobe Express Premium licence should be applied automatically.
You can also use Adobe Express on your phone or tablet. Download the Adobe Express app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in using your University account.
If Adobe Express isn’t showing on your account, try these steps:
- Make sure you select Continue with Microsoft and use your University account.
- Sign out of Adobe Express, then sign back in.
- Try another browser or clear your browser cache.
- Check that you can sign in to other University services using the same account.

To help you get started, Adobe provides tutorials, quick-start guides, templates, and other useful resources through Adobe Express Help.
AI credits
Adobe Express includes generative AI features powered by Adobe Firefly. These features use AI credits to manage access to AI tools and the computing resources they require.
Your student Adobe Express subscription currently includes 250 AI credits per month.
- Your credits automatically reset on the 14th day of each calendar month.
- Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
- If you use all your credits, you’ll need to wait for your next monthly reset before using credit-based AI features again.
- You can continue to use the standard Adobe Express features even if you run out of AI credits.
