Paying your fees

You can pay your fees through a number of different payment methods, including via instalments where appropriate.

Sandwich year fees

If you're taking a year out or going on a full-year exchange in 2019/20 you will be charged:

  • A standard fee of £1,385 across all regulated year out options.

Full-time undergraduate fees for 2019/20

Home or EU students

For continuing students, if you're a full-time student and began your studies at Level 4, your fee will based on the year you started::

  • 2017/18 – present starts – £9,250 a year
  • 2013/14 – 2016/17 starts – £9,000 a year

For fees prior to September 2013 please contact your Registry.

Overseas students

If you're a continuing undergraduate overseas student, your 2019/20 tuition fee will be £13,000.

Part-time undergraduate fees for 2019/20

Home or EU students

20-credit modules

You may take a maximum of 100 credits (five 20-credit modules) in an academic year.  

The 2018/19 fee for each 20-credit module will be as follows, based on your start year:

  • 2018/19 start – present: £1,540 per 20-credit module
  • 2017/18 start - £1,540 per 20-credit module
  • 2014/15 start – 2016/17 - £1,500 per 20-credit module

15-credit modules

If you studied under the 15-credit module framework in 2016/17 or earlier, you may take a maximum of 90 credits (six 15-credit modules) in an academic year.

The fee for each 15-credit module will be as follows, based on your start year:

    • 2016/17 start – £1,125 per 15-credit module
    • 2015/16 start – £1,125 per 15-credit module
    • 2014/15 start – £1,125 per 15-credit module
    • 2013/14 start – £1,125 per 15-credit module

    For fees prior to September 2013 start and earlier please contact your Registry.

    Overseas students

    If you're a continuing undergraduate overseas student, the 2019/20 fee for each 20-credit module will be £2,170.
