Looking after your mental wellbeing

Looking after your mental wellbeing doesn't have to mean making big changes. Often, it's the small things you do every day that can have a positive impact.

  • Stay connected with friends, family, and people around you.
  • Make time for activities that help you relax or bring you joy.
  • Try to establish healthy routines around sleep, eating well, and staying active.
  • Take a few moments to pause, breathe, and practise mindfulness or relaxation techniques.
  • Give yourself regular breaks and be realistic about what you can achieve.
  • If you're struggling, reach out for support sooner rather than later.

Remember, everyone needs support from time to time. Asking for help is a positive step and a sign of strength, not weakness.
