Looking after your wellbeing is just as important as your studies.
Wellbeing Wednesdays bring students together for a range of interactive workshops focused on mental health, self-care, resilience, and personal growth, helping you develop skills that support you both in university life and beyond.
Wellbeing Wednesday Workshops run throughout the academic year, offering regular opportunities to learn new skills and enhance your wellbeing.
