Graduation photography
H Tempest Photography will be available at each graduation ceremony venue to provide professional photographs of graduates, as well as family and group photographs.
Photography sessions cannot be booked in advance. Simply visit the photography studio on the day of your ceremony. When demand is high, H Tempest may operate a virtual queue to help manage waiting times. Please be aware that the absence of a physical queue does not necessarily mean there is no wait, as other graduates may already be queuing virtually.
During busy periods, priority may be given to graduates attending the next scheduled ceremony. If your ceremony is later in the day, or you have already attended your ceremony, you may be asked to return at a quieter time to ensure everyone has the opportunity to be photographed.
We strongly recommend having your photographs taken before your ceremony. Photography is particularly busy immediately before and after ceremonies, and arriving early will give you the best opportunity to have photographs taken and avoid disappointment.
If you would like family or group photographs, all members of your group must arrive at the photography studio together. Please note that the maximum group size is six people, including the graduate.
Photography operates within published opening hours and has a strict closing time. We cannot guarantee photography will be available after your ceremony has finished, particularly during busy periods. Please refer to the photography opening times for your ceremony and plan your visit accordingly.
There is no obligation to purchase photographs on the day. You will be provided with a reference number that allows you to view and order your photographs online after the event. This includes both studio photographs and official ceremony photographs, where available.
Don't miss the chance to capture this milestone. Graduation day will fly by, but your photographs will provide lasting memories of your achievement, your friends, and the people who supported you along the way. Arrive early, plan ahead, and make sure you leave with memories you'll cherish for years to come.
