Am I eligible to attend the graduation ceremony?

In order for you to be eligible to attend your graduation ceremony:

  • You must have a confirmed award.
  • Your award must be agreed at least three weeks prior to your ceremony.
  • You must have paid all tuition fees that you owe to the University.

Where will my graduation ceremony take place?

Our graduation ceremonies are held in the Royal Festival Hall at the Southbank Centre, right by the River Thames and close to Waterloo and Embankment tube stations. The full address for the venue is:

How can I register my attendance and get my ticket?

You must complete the booking task to register your attendance. As the graduand, your ticket is complimentary (free) and will be sent electronically. You will still need to register upon arrival at the venue on the day. 

How can I purchase guest tickets?

Guest tickets must be purchased through the Southbank Centre’s website via the link sent directly to your email. For further information, please view our full FAQs.

How can I order my gown?

Ede & Ravenscroft are our approved supplier. If gowns are ordered through Ede & Ravenscroft, they will be available for collection from the ceremony venue on the day of your graduation.
