English language requirements

If your first language is not English, or you have not studied your secondary education in English, you may need to achieve a University of Westminster recognised English language qualification.

Please note that these are our standard requirements. Some courses may require higher grades or higher scores in certain components, for example, in writing. This is normally indicated on the course pages.

If you are applying for one of our pre-sessional English courses, please check the entry requirements and further information regarding approved SELT tests.
