This scholarship supports students seeking asylum and are currently living in the United Kingdom.
Amount
Full tuition fee waiver and £1000/month for up to 12 months. 2 available.
Eligibility criteria
Students must fulfil all criteria below:
- You must have an offer from the University of Westminster for a place on a full-time master’s course starting in January 2027
- You must be resident in the UK
- You must hold one of the following eligible immigration statuses before submitting your application
- UK asylum seeker
- UK discretionary leave to remain (as a result of an asylum application)
- UK limited leave to remain (as a result of an asylum application)
- Students who already have a master’s degree are not eligible to apply
- Students who are able to receive taught postgraduate student loans from Student Finance are not eligible to apply
- The following categories of students are not eligible:
- Postgraduate Diploma
- Professional courses (eg RIBA pt III, ACCA, CIMA, CiLEX)
- Conversion courses (eg Graduate Diploma in Law)
- Integrated Masters/MPhil
