The Research Group for Inclusive and Sustainable Business (RGISB) aims to:

  1. Facilitate impactful research and knowledge exchange activities for business growth with inclusivity and sustainability.
  2. Further research initiatives in areas of marketing and business management that involve inclusivity and sustainability factors; and
  3. Facilitate publishing research outputs in major journals (3*-4*) and create wider impact.

The group focuses on cutting-edge work by individual researchers and teams, encouraging multi-disciplinary and discipline-specific research, and engaging collaborations across disciplinaries and departments at the University of Westminster and with researchers across the world. The group’s work is guided by and contributes to the University of Westminster’s SDGs (Sustainable Develop Goals) and EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion) frameworks, and “Being Westminster” mission: “we will be making a stronger contribution to the world’s learning and wellbeing through our research”, and “we will be making a bigger difference to organisations and society through our knowledge exchange endeavours”.
