What are you doing now?
I am working as a Global Sales Intern at an international hotel company - I really like my current role. Westminster helped me to implement my academic knowledge and experience at my current workplace.
What did you find most valuable about your course at Westminster?
All modules were valuable. Although, the most valuable experience was my dissertation module - I worked with different institutes across Europe to complete my dissertation research. This experience helped me find my current position, where I also have to work with various stakeholders worldwide.
Why would you recommend Westminster as a place to study?
I liked the academic support and employability team. All the lecturers were professional and very supportive.
What was the best thing about being a student in London?
My whole course was online. Despite this difficulty, I could still make friends and enjoy the modules. This time was a very nice experience.
What advice would you give someone thinking of pursuing a similar career to you?
An internship is beneficial for recent graduate students as we can bring new ideas and the latest academic frameworks. An internship is also an excellent experience to gain knowledge in the industry without having too many responsibilities.
