Why did you choose the University of Westminster?
I chose the University of Westminster because I always wanted to study in the vibrant heart of London, and the course itself offered a compelling mix of learning concepts such as brand strategy, consumer psychology, and digital marketing, which are greatly enhanced by opportunities to see these principles in action within the city.
What have you particularly enjoyed about your course?
I’ve particularly enjoyed the diverse energy each lecturer brings—each an expert committed to ensuring students truly learn—and the academic support has been outstanding, with structured feedback mechanisms and flexible teaching that make the learning experience dynamic and personalized.
How have you found academic support as part of your studies?
The support provided is exceptional. There are feedback mechanisms and structured course plans, but the professors also have a reasonable degree of flexibility to ensure that our learning isn't rigid.
Are there any stand-out facilities associated with your course?
The facilities, like MG23 or Switch23, foster practical application through small teamwork, complemented by access to LinkedIn Learning and Adobe Creative Cloud, which help us develop skills independently.

The Careers and Employability Service is highly proactive; I’ve benefited from mentorship, workshops, and the graduate success series, which have significantly boosted my career readiness.
What would your advice be to someone considering studying at Westminster?
My advice to prospective students is to focus on what they want from their degree—whether it’s top-tier research facilities, job prospects, or expert mentorship—and choose courses accordingly.
What's the best aspect of being a University of Westminster student?
The best aspect of being a Westminster student is the sense of community, as the three major campuses located centrally mean London itself becomes an extension of the university, providing a familiar, supportive environment.
What was the most surprising or unexpected aspect of your Westminster experience?
Unexpectedly, I was impressed by Westminster’s meticulous attention to detail—from feedback systems to organisational processes—which reflects the university’s incredible scale and dedication to providing a comprehensive educational experience.
