Taking the Project Management MSc was very rewarding for my career development!
The course equipped me with the main project management methodologies and techniques as well as leadership, responsible project management and risk management. The team of lecturers were very supportive and encouraged our ideas. I chose a relatively niche research topic with limited resources on ESG Risks Management in the infrastructure industry, but I was able to succeed with the help and encouragement of my supervisor.
I found my passion for Risk Management whilst taking the optional risk module which follows the M_o_R® training and was engaging with practical application of theory and industry guest speakers. The skills and knowledge gained enabled me to pursue a career in Risk Management. Having an all-rounded project management knowledge enables me to be an effective Risk Manager by understanding the wider project team’s functions and helps deliver a more holistic risk management approach in a major infrastructure project.
