Why did you choose the University of Westminster?
I chose the University of Westminster because of its wide range of courses, the students' cultural diversity, and its strategic location in the heart of London. As an international student, these factors were important in helping me feel comfortable and confident when making my decision.
Tell us about your experience of living and studying in London
What I like most about Westminster is how supportive the management and staff are. The lecturers are experienced and bring valuable real-world insight into the classroom, which makes learning feel more practical and engaging. Studying law here has deepened my understanding of legal systems both in the UK and internationally, which I know will benefit my future career in law, especially as I plan to work across different jurisdictions.
Outside of academics, there’s always something happening. I’ve enjoyed joining student societies and meeting people from all over the world. It’s helped me grow personally and build a strong support network in a new country.
What would your advice be to someone considering studying at Westminster?
For students coming to the UK, it can feel scary at the beginning when you're in a new country and don't know anyone. But that’s why choosing the right university is so important. Westminster has made me feel truly welcome from day one, and I’m proud to be part of such a vibrant, supportive community.
