Why did you choose the University of Westminster?
I chose the University of Westminster for two main reasons: I wanted a challenge, and I wanted to study in an environment that would allow me to cultivate my skills. The Regent Street Campus, located in the heart of London, is a fantastic place for someone looking to study history. There are countless museums, archives, and other resources within walking distance. Additionally, Westminster had provided a wonderful environment for self-led learners like myself. The help from all of the academic staff that I have received has been invaluable. I would strongly recommend the University of Westminster to any student interested in the humanities.

How have you found academic support as part of your studies?
The academic support is one of the reasons I accepted Westminster as my first-choice university. I have utilised many of these services and have found all of them to be extremely helpful.
Are there any stand-out facilities associated with your course?
The Disability Learning Support team has proved to be one of the best resources for me. I have autism, and many parts of university life were extremely daunting for me. However, I was able to express these concerns in a safe and confidential environment, and many of the issues I initially experienced were resolved easily.
Tell us about any activities that you have undertaken outside of your course
I have taken part in some of the societies, like the Catholic society and the Crochet society, and I found that both of these were fantastic opportunities for socialising.
