I like how realistic our modules are in relation to the type of work we will do in the industry once we graduate. It gives us the ability to easily transfer skills and gives us good preparation for the workplace.

How has your experience been studying in London?

I enjoy the location, as it’s very central, so lots of things to do, places to eat etc.

What have you particularly enjoyed about your course?

How have you found academic support as part of your studies?

Our lecturers are very supportive and help us with any questions/problems related to the lecture or coursework.

Are there any stand-out facilities associated with your course?

The Savills competition run by Onur is related to our Commercial Practice module. I and another colleague have also been given the opportunity to gain our GVC drone pilot licence.

Tell us about your experience of using the University Careers and Employability Service

I have used the Engage website to find and apply for internships/placements. I also used the CV and cover letter writing tools which I found very helpful.

What would your advice be to someone considering studying at Westminster?

Whether you decide to live in accommodation, rent or commute, try and find a group of friends to experience London with, to get a sense of the 'university experience’. Also, don’t forget to take advantage of all the facilities and services our University offers.

What's the best aspect of being a University of Westminster student?

Great location with very relevant and applicable teaching.
