Designing the future of travel: develop sustainable event planning skills

Ready to take your learning to the next level? Join Unifrog’s Virtual Skills Academy on Tuesday 27 October, from 12.30pm–4.30pm, designed to give students a taste of university-level learning during the October half-term.

The free online event is open to Year 12 and 13 students (or equivalent) who are interested in exploring university study and developing skills for their future.

As part of the event, the University of Westminster is excited to be delivering a Tourism and Events Management masterclass, ‘Designing the future of travel: develop sustainable event planning skills. You’ll explore sustainable event and destination planning while developing strategic design and creative problem-solving skills – we’d love to see you there!

Take part in our interactive Tourism and Events Management masterclass and experience what university-level learning in this subject area could look like. You’ll explore real-world challenges, develop valuable skills and gain insight into an exciting subject area at the University of Westminster.

As part of the Skills Academy, you’ll also complete a university-set project, giving you an experience you can reflect on in your personal statement and university applications. You’ll also get a certificate for attending, giving you another great way to demonstrate your engagement in the subject.
