Wireless Communications Research Group

About the centre

The Wireless Communications Research Group was formed in 1998 to investigate new lines of research which can readily be transferred to industry. Our research on wireless communications is a recognized world leader in the fields of advanced design of wireless circuits and subsystems for 5G, B5G and 6G wireless networks, Internet of Things (IoT), wireless sensors networks.

Additionally, advanced research is conducted in different areas such as Computational Intelligence Systems and their applications to various domains (Food Science, Energy & Biomedicine) as well as development of selected aspects of the underlying theory of signals and systems for a wide range of engineering applications.
