University of Westminster Digital Business MSc alumnus Sou Sethey has been named on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2025 List.

Sou was recognised for his contribution to retail e-commerce through his company, Jalat Logistics. The startup, co-founded with Sou Sreyphoung and Lylay Ung, offers fast and affordable same-day delivery for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and retailers. It does this by using strategically parked trailers, where delivery drivers can quickly collect the packages they need to deliver. What began with just a small team and a few motorcycles has now grown into one of Cambodia’s fastest-growing same-day delivery service, completing over one million deliveries for more than 5,000 SMEs.
To source candidates for the list, Forbes reporters and editors comb through thousands of online submissions, as well as tap industry sources and list alumni for recommendations. Candidates are evaluated by the Forbes Asia team and a panel of independent and expert judges on a variety of factors, including funding and/or revenue, social and industry impact, product-market fit, inventiveness and potential.
About being included in this year’s list Sou said: "Being named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia is an incredible honour. My time at Westminster provided me with a global perspective and the entrepreneurial mindset to tackle real-world problems starting small. The diverse learning environment and supportive faculty were instrumental in shaping my journey to solve problems, giving me my first principles - start small while always discovering ways to scale.”
Professor Sergio De Cesare, Professor of Digital Business, said: “We are delighted to see Sou Sethey recognised on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list. As a former MSc student in Digital Business, he has always shown curiosity and creativity in designing innovative digital solutions, including a Risk Appetite Guide developed for Chubb Insurance with a team of fellow students. The application achieved first place as assessed by a team of senior colleagues at Chubb. It was clear from his studies at the University of Westminster that Sou had an entrepreneurial spirit with many innovative ideas that would ultimately lead to his success as an entrepreneur.”
Dr Farjam Eshraghian, Senior Lecture in Digital Business, added: “As a member of the Digital Business MSc team, I am delighted to witness Sou Sethey's achievement and recognition by Forbes. I had the pleasure of teaching him in my Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence module, where his intellectual demand immediately stood out. Sou possessed a naturally critical mind - he never took the concepts for granted and consistently challenged ideas presented in class through thoughtful questioning. His genuine engagement with the material and analytical approach to learning made him a standout student. Beyond the classroom, Sou demonstrated remarkable initiative by scheduling a meeting early in the module to discuss his startup idea and explore how data analytics could be leveraged within his venture. I am happy and congratulate him to see that his idea has led to a successful startup.”
