Welcome to your course
Welcome to Westminster School of Arts and congratulations on your place on the Menswear MA or Menswear MFA.
This is your time to develop who you are as menswear designers in a global design context. The MA or MFA represents a time for you to explore, discover and learn. We look forward to helping you set about doing this during your time on the course.
This is a safe environment for you to begin this journey, to make mistakes and to discover who you are as a designer. There will be an emphasis on process development throughout your time with us. It is your process that will help you to learn who you are. Through self-directed and set projects you will generate original and contextualised ideas, techniques and process that establishes you as an informed and influential design professional capable of working at the highest levels of the international menswear and design-related industry.
You will need to refer to your handbook during your studies in conjunction with the Programme Specification, Essential Westminster, and the guidance available on the University website.
Please familiarise yourself with the University procedure and the Blackboard site (BB), which will be the place where you can find the module handbook, course materials and the place where you will submit your work.
This course is delivered by the most inspiring and informed menswear design professionals. We are here to help you anytime and we are very excited to see the work that you will produce over the coming one or two years.
