Welcome to your course
Welcome to the Architecture MA course at the University of Westminster.
We look forward to meeting you in September for a series of on-campus and online events during which we will introduce the course structure, the range of modules available, various aspects of the programme, the timetable and the facilities offered by the School. You are also invited to the opening of our MORE exhibition on Friday 19 September 2025 6pm, at Marylebone campus - M410 where you meet the course team, meet the students and see works of the graduates.
As ever, the MA Architecture offers a wide ranging and flexible programme of study with opportunities to pursue your individual interests in architecture and gain valuable knowledge and skills in creative exploration of architectural thinking and experience to develop career path in architectural practice or research & academia.
In the first weeks of term, we will provide you with a more detailed timetable and description of the course aspirations options available and you will have the opportunity to select the modules and specialisations that best suits your interests and aspirations.
Welcome to the School of Architecture + Cities
During your time in the School the focus is on your work and creative outputs – and we are committed helping you achieve your potential. As well as the full-time teaching staff, leading practitioners teach on our courses, and employers mentor students. The School brings together a variety of disciplines to address future environmental and social challenges – urban and environmental design to architecture, architectural technology, interior architecture, planning, and tourism and events. Our Marylebone campus is perfectly placed for exploring London, and houses some of the most advanced teaching and fabrication spaces in the city.
During your welcome week, there will be a programme of activities arranged for you, so please attend all the events on your individual timetable – as well as the formality of enrolment, you will get to work with your course tutors and fellow students.
Best wishes
Kate Cheyne
