What is Talent Bank?
Talent Bank is a unique member-only scheme that gives students the opportunity to find paid part-time jobs at university. Talent Bank members have exclusive access to diverse Talent Bank jobs. Working on campus will help you build self-confidence and gain professional work experience. You will be paid the London Living Wage of £11.95 per hour or more.
Please note that although Talent Bank members are not guaranteed a job, being a Talent Bank member will help develop your employability and transferable skills.
Being a Talent Bank member
Apply on Engage by filling out the registration form to become a Talent Bank member.
Then complete 1 of the following 2 strands on the Talent Bank pathway:
- Attend a Talent Bank welcome session
- Complete the online training session on Engage

- Learn how to put together a successful job application, which is also a lifelong career skill
- Develop and practise key interview preparation
- Receive invitations to exclusive Talent Bank events
- Network with fellow Talent Bank members and University staff members to grow your professional network
