What is the Talent Bank?
Talent Bank gives you the opportunity to apply for paid temporary and part-time work across various departments within the University of Westminster. It's a fantastic opportunity to earn some extra cash, develop transferable skills, gain valuable professional experience and increase your job prospects for after graduation.
The number and types of opportunities available via the Talent Bank vary from year to year, month to month, but all roles are paid. If you register for Talent Bank, you're expected to attend a dedicated Welcome Session and to make use of the resources available on Engage, to ensure you're equipped to submit quality applications to your chosen roles.

Work With Us Funding
Talent Bank are pleased be taking on funding from the Quintin Hogg Trust for 2020-21, to offer an increased number of roles to students, who may be facing financial hardship due to COVID-19. The aim of this funding is to provide students a chance to find paid work at the university, while it may be harder to obtain work elsewhere.
Limited funding is available to University of Westminster staff who are looking to recruit student helper(s). Funded roles should be no longer than 3 months (unless otherwise agreed) and are subject to strict terms and conditions.
Staff can find out more about the available funding by contacting us at [email protected].
Funding will only be available for a limited time and Talent Bank reserve the right to close staff applications, once the funding has been used.
