About me
I have been a senior lecturer within the School of Applied Management since August 2016 after a twenty year career within the construction industry. Working as an electrical test engineer and a building control surveyor.
I started teaching in a Further Education college and gained many valuable experiences which enhanced my teaching career. I enjoy the development of students through education.
Teaching
Teaching across both the construction and property departments, mainly construction technology subjects including sustainability and innovation.
I am a module leader for UG Construction Technology and Innovation, Residential Survey and Development and Post Graduate Space Strategies.
Research
Areas of research include Biomimicry and Biophilic design in both construction and real estate.
