About me

I have a background in social sciences with many years experience working as a researcher within the fields of criminal justice, industry and healthcare. My teaching experience includes adult and higher education and working as a trainer within the public and independent sectors. My research has focused on client and patient perceptions of service delivery in a range of public sector settings; employer and employees' evaluation of advanced professional development in social work; and staff attitude surveys in a range of national organisations.

In addition to working at Westminster, I run RPD a consultancy which specialises in teaching clinical audit.
