About me
I joined Westminster Business School in August 2023 as a Lecturer in Economics. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, an MSc in Business Economics, Finance and Banking from the University of Portsmouth and a Degree in Economics from the University of Cyprus. Since 2013, my employment in the higher education includes the School of Accounting, Economics and Finance at Portsmouth University, the Department of Accounting and Finance at Sussex University and the International College Portsmouth.

Research
My research area is associated with energy economics topics including oil prices, renewable energy, and further financial markets and the macroeconomic activity. Since 2020, I publish my research papers (with my co-authors) in high impact journals (ABS3) with a potential to ABS4 in the near future.
