About me

Hannah is a PhD student (2025 - 2028) developing and evaluating the use of an online yoga intervention to improve mental health outcomes in perinatal populations from low income backgrounds.

Her research interests include: exercise and mental health, yoga research, women's health, and patient and public involvement. 

She completed her BSc in Psychology in 2021 from the University of Manchester.

Hannah previously worked as a Research Assistant at King's College London within the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) Theme.

She also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Manchester on a UKRI-funded research project exploring how digital technologies can be used to enhance physical health in the treatment of mental health conditions.
