About me

My career in lecturing in real estate in Higher Education started in 2017, following more than 6 years in the property industry as a surveyor, specialising in property management, residential development, and valuation of commercial and residential property.

  • I am the Module Leader for Professional Practice (level 6) and Working in Real Estate (level 4). I have also led other modules including Property Valuation, Property Management, and Property Businesses.
  • During my time at University of Westminster I have also contributed to modules including Valuation Principles, Development Project, Commercial Practice, Dissertation, Personal Tutorials, Landlord & Tenant, and Introduction to Property.
  • I am the External Examiner for the Sheffield Hallam University, BSc Real Estate course.
  • I am a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In practice, I was a RICS Registered Valuer.
  • I am a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (the Higher Education Academy).
  • I am an APC Assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
