Landsec Undergraduate Scholarship | University of Westminster, London

One scholarship is available for a home fee undergraduate student from a Black, Asian or minority ethnic background with an offer for the Real Estate BSc course at the University of Westminster.

Amount	The successful applicant will receive £10,000 in each eligible year of study for a maximum of three years, subject to progression to the next year of their course. £5000 will be paid into your nominated bank account in October and £5000 in January each academic year. You will not receive the yearly allowance if you are on a repeat year or a placement/sandwich year.
Eligibility	In order to apply you must: Be a home student for fee purposes and hold an offer for a place on the full-time Real Estate BSc course starting in September 2023 at the University of Westminster Be from a Black, Asian or minority ethnic Background Be the first in your family to go to university Have a household income of £25,000 or below as assessed by the Student Loans Company (SLC). Applicants must have applied for the maximum student support available from the Student Loans Company. This includes applying for finance based on your household income (means tested). You are not eligible to apply if you already have an honours degree.
