About us
The Westminster Commercial Corporate and Financial Law Research Group brings together a vibrant community of researchers in the study of different manifestations of commercial, corporate and financial law, with a strong emphasis on critical analysis and interdisciplinarity. The focus is on scholarly activities and applied projects, thus acting as a bridge between the applied and theoretical, and providing a supportive context within which new research can flourish.
Projects
Our projects cover research on current issues relating to international commercial law and corporate finance law, Sustainable Supply Chains and Responsible Contracting, the impact of AI and Bitcoin, international commercial arbitration, and Business and Human Rights.
