Westminster Working Cultures London (WWCL) is an employability-focused programme designed to provide you with the opportunity to grow your own network, build confidence and gain an invaluable insight into the huge range of career opportunities that London has to offer you, both while you are studying and once you graduate.

You will gain first-hand experience of what it is like to work in fast-paced global organisations and hear directly from business professionals. One of our student participants for 2018-19 described the scheme as ‘A priceless enriching programme which instils a great sense of confidence and an invaluable experience to those willing to partake in it.’

For the 2019-20 programme, students will attend four exclusive Insight Days at the offices of top London graduate employers, including Investec and GroupM. You will also have the chance to be matched with a professional mentor or take part in a variety of online careers activities. All students who successfully complete the programme will receive a Santander funded bursary of £333.

There are 30 places available on the scheme, which is aimed at first and second year Home students from backgrounds under-represented in the graduate jobs market.
