Gain points and recognition
Aside from being great for your development, volunteering can give you access to points and prizes from the University. To access these benefits, be sure to fill out the Student Volunteer Recognition Form by Friday 12th April.
- Gain points towards the Westminster Employability Award
If you have completed more than 3 hours of volunteering, logging it on the Student Volunteer Recognition Form will gain you at least 20 points towards the WEA.
- Apply for a Certificate of Volunteering Achievement, boosting your CV!
- If you feel that through volunteering you have made an outstanding contribution to society, you can also nominate yourself for the ‘Student Volunteer of the Year’ award and a prize of £200!
