Daniel Singham

Commercial Director, Yonder Data Solutions

Daniel is Commercial Director at Yonder Data Solutions, responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth, manage revenue, and ensure overall commercial success within the organisation. He is Co-Chair of the UK's Market Research Society Representation in Research Committee, a Steering Committee Lead at Colour of Research, and a member of the MRS EDI Council. Daniel also serves as Vice Chair of a local school governing body and a safeguarding lead at his local church. With over 19 years in market research, he is passionate about data quality, inclusion and empowering communities through insight and leadership. He holds a BA in Business Marketing Management from the University of Westminster.

Head of Capital Project Delivery, Aviation industry

Liz is Associate Capital Delivery Director at a major infrastructure organisation, overseeing over 150 capital projects annually, valued at up to £100m. She previously led commercial strategy at Capital & Regional, managing a portfolio of eight shopping centres and held senior roles at London Luton Airport and Debenhams. Liz has also managed flagship retail operations with multimillion-pound budgets and large teams. With a background in retail, real estate and aviation, she brings deep expertise in asset strategy, stakeholder engagement and placemaking. Liz studied Management and Promotion and is passionate about sustainable development.

Nevine is Founder and CEO of Playdate, the UK’s first dating app for single parents. A seasoned entrepreneur and marketer, she has over 15 years of experience leading marketing and business strategy across sectors including hospitality, tech and advertising. Nevine is also Managing Director of Vcom Marketing and previously held senior roles at Innesco and Orascom Hotels & Development. She holds an MA in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster, where she also volunteered as mentor and speaker. Passionate about inclusive innovation, she is an Activator at Coralus, supporting ventures that drive social and economic change.

Penny is Chief Executive of the Baker Street Quarter Partnership, where she leads strategic placemaking and urban regeneration in central London. She is a Trustee of Build Studios, a charity inspiring young people to engage with the built environment. Penny previously founded a BID consultancy and held senior roles at Inmidtown and Partnership Solutions. She has lectured and audited for British BIDs and is a recognised expert in non-profit governance and city improvement. Penny is committed to fostering inclusive, vibrant urban communities and brings over two decades of leadership experience in shaping better places to live and work.

Raj is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and advisor with over three decades of experience across fashion, tech, real estate and media. He is CEO and Co-Founder of VisionThree.io and Circltech, and has Co-founded multiple ventures including Klura Labs, HiyaCar and RECUP. Raj has achieved three successful exits and was named Innovation Entrepreneur of the Year at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. He sits on the development board of London Youth and is a Born Ambitious ambassador. A University of Westminster graduate in Graphic Communication Design. Raj appeared on Dragons’ Den, is passionate about supporting startups and has mentored several Westminster students.

A CQ Certified Facilitator and Leadership Fellow at Windsor Castle, Ritika serves on strategic boards including British Transport Police, Essex Fire and Rescue, and The 5% Club. She is a sought-after global speaker on inclusion and intersectionality, driving innovation through culturally intelligent leadership.

Ronen is a global real estate operator and transformation leader who more recently led the Management Services business for Hines globally, following senior roles at Cisco and WeWork and an early consulting career at DEGW and Procord. He serves as a Non-Executive Director at the UK Government Property Agency and advises ARC and several PropTech ventures. A frequent speaker on real estate innovation and workplace transformation, he also lectures at Oxford and Cambridge and is an active member of ULI, BCO, CoreNet Global, and the Academy of Urbanism. An advocate for a human-centric approach to the built environment, Ronen holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Westminster and an MSc from Heriot-Watt University.

Sotiris is Head of the London Skills Development Network and Programme Lead for Coaching and Mentoring in the NHS London Region. With over three decades of leadership in finance, talent development and organisational growth, he has held senior roles across NHS Trusts, the Department of Health and NHS Direct. Sotiris is a qualified coach and mentor, with credentials from ACCA, CIPFA, CIPD and ICF. He holds an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster. Passionate about empowering healthcare professionals, he specialises in leadership development, workforce transformation and inclusive coaching practices. In 2024, the University of Westminster awarded Sotiris an Honorary Doctorate of Arts in recognition of his extraordinary careers support for students and graduates of Westminster Business School.

At ISE, he drives market intelligence, policy guidance and best practice in student employment. Stephen holds a BA in Business Studies from the University of Westminster and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management. He is passionate about improving career outcomes for young people through employer engagement, skills development and inclusive recruitment strategies.
