About me
Dr. Angel Ijeoma Ojukwu has over seven years of experience in higher education and academia. She is currently a Lecturer at the School of Applied Management, University of Westminster, and also serves as an External Examiner at the University of Southampton.
Dr. Ojukwu holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering, an MSc in Information Technology Management from Anglia Ruskin University, and a PhD in Computing (Information Systems) from the University of Portsmouth. She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Before transitioning into academia, Dr. Ojukwu spent over 12 years in the telecommunications industry, working with multinational companies as a Project Planner, Project Manager, and Business Analyst.
Beyond her academic and professional achievements, Dr. Ojukwu is actively involved in community development. She serves as a School Governor at St. Chad’s Catholic School in London, where she supports initiatives in project management and educational improvement.
She is also a passionate STEM Ambassador in the UK and across several African countries, where she promotes science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education inspiring young people to understand the real-world applications of their learning and to pursue careers in STEM.
