About me

I am a lecturer in fashion digital technology specialising in 3D development and digital innovation. With over 15 years’ experience at high-end fashion houses including Peter Pilotto, Mary Katrantzou, Ralph & Russo, Alexander McQueen and Roland Mouret, I actively introduced and implemented digital workflows that improved accuracy, efficiency and creative exploration within technical design teams.

Having led teams and overseen recruitment, I recognised a widening industry gap in 3D skills and the transformative potential of digital prototyping. This led me to join the University of Westminster in 2022, where I integrated digital prototyping into the curriculum through a holistic approach that prioritises transferable skills, adaptable thinking and a balance of technical fluency with creative problem-solving.

I am also a researcher at the University of Manchester’s Faculty of Science and Engineering, where I explore how digital tools can advance drafting, pattern engineering and design practices within the fashion industry.
