Professor David Peters, stress expert, Professor of Integrated Health and Head of the Westminster Centre for Resilience, has been quoted by Women’s Health magazine on how to deal with stress.

Professor Peters advised on how to reduce stress at work in case of lack of control, by saying: “It’s easy to overgeneralise and catastrophise situations.

“Reducing stress at work means thinking before you make sweeping statements like ‘the class behaved badly’. Question them. The reality is probably that one or two children misbehaved rather than the entire class.”
