Westminster’s Centre for Resilience held a successful Business breakfast with CEOs and senior managers from a wide range of renowned companies on 29 March.

Westminster Centre for Resilience provides high quality, evidence based human resilience training, consultancy and evaluation services to the corporate and public sector. It is aimed at helping companies to improve individual and organisational wellbeing, productivity, performance and creativity.

The event, which took place on 29 March, discussed the concept of resilience and introduced the ResilienceLab 360, one of the many services offered to corporate and public companies. The ResilienceLab 360 gives leaders self-awareness training and resources to help them to bounce forward, delivering vision and reducing burn-out risk through stress monitoring and self-awareness sessions.

David Peters, (cover photo) Westminster Clinical Director and Leader of the Centre for Resilience, hosted the event with Paul Donovan, former CEO of Odeon UCI, and Keith Humphrey, Director of Core Context Consulting, who have both experienced the ResilienceLab 360 services.

Talking about the event, David Peters said: “Our breakfast meeting at the beautiful Art Deco Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair drew in fourteen business leaders, CEOs, executive search people and management consultants. Paul Donovan, former CEO of Odeon UCI, talked about ‘life changing insights’ and how the ResilienceLab360 had helped guide him through a huge and drawn-out organisational transition. The event has already created interest in further work at the very top of industry and consulting”.
