Raj Bhogaita, who graduated with a Business Studies BA Honours degree from the University of Westminster, has been appointed as the new permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at IMServ, one of the UK's largest independent energy data management providers.

As IMServ’s new CFO, Raj Bhogaita will lead all the company’s finance and corporate service functions and report directly to its CEO, Steve Brown.

Bhogaita has over 30 years of financial experience, and prior to joining IMServ, Bhogaita held CFO and strategic finance roles at several companies including Red Helix, a cybersecurity company, as well as Avonside Group, Exova Group, and Western Global.

He also acts as Honorary Treasurer at Target Ovarian Cancer, the UK’s largest ovarian cancer charity, having previously served on the Board of Trustees.

Speaking about Bhogaita’s new role, David Brooks, Alumni Relations Officer (Alumni Experience) at the University of Westminster, said: “It’s brilliant to see Raj’s success continue with him taking on this key role at IMServ. His impressive experience in the sector since leaving Westminster is sure to inform his leadership as Chief Financial Officer.”
