As Head of Practices and Markets, she will lead and coordinate all the Marketing teams across Simmons & Simmons’ 22 offices around the world, as well as the teams that support the firm’s four main practices – Financial Markets, Employment, Dispute Resolution and Corporate and Commercial.

Rojas joined Simmons & Simmons in 2016 as the Business Development and Marketing Manager, where she headed up the Marketing and Business Development department of the firm’s Madrid office. Following this role, she assumed an international position as Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager where she was responsible for the development and execution of numerous global Marketing and Business Development campaigns within the Financial Markets practice group of the firm.

Prior to her joining Simmons & Simmons, Rojas held positions at international law firms Gómez-Acebo & Pombo and Baker & McKenzie, as well as Mergermarket, a specialist in Mergers & Acquisitions intelligence.

In addition to the Master’s degree in Corporate Finance Law that she holds from the University of Westminster, Rojas also holds law degrees from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in Peru and from the Universidad de Ávila in Spain. She has also obtained a qualification from the Marketing Management Program by Esade in Spain.

Speaking about her promotion at Simmons & Simmons, Rojas said: “I am grateful and excited about this promotion. When I commenced my studies at Westminster, it became clear to me that I would one day want to work in a truly international role for a global company. My time at Westminster was truly inspiring where I had the chance to meet interesting and ambitious people from across the world, working across a wide range of roles and industries. This made me think that I would one day find myself in a similar position and Simmons & Simmons has played a significant role in me achieving that. My role is proof of the fact that borders no longer present barriers but instead opportunities that will allow individuals to grow and work across multiple regions and jurisdictions.”
