The Centre for the Study of Democracy's Dr Richard Barbrook organised and helped write Jeremy Corbyn's digital democracy manifesto and spoke at its launch on Tuesday 30 August.

The manifesto outlines a range of policies on:

  • a universal service network
  • open knowledge library
  • community media freedom
  • platform co-ops
  • digital citizen passport
  • programming for everyone
  • The People's Charter on Digital Liberties

Richard is active in Cybersalon and the Digital Liberties campaign that is supported by the Centre for the Study of Democracy.
