The University’s annual Wellbeing Day will be held on Tuesday 10 February 11am–4pm.

Organised by the Safety, Health and Wellbeing Team, the day is a chance to share the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and find out about sustainable living. Participants will be offered exercise classes, health checks and health guidance. There will be free gifts to take away and some thought-provoking activities and competitions to join.

Among the stallholders will be the University’s Centre for Resilience, and the University's caterers Aramark offering snacks.

DS Ergonomics Ltd will help you adopt a good posture at your workstation, the Health Improvement Team from Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) NHS Trust will be on hand to give advice, NutriCentre have nutrition tips to share, and the Stroke Association will be offering free blood pressure checks.

You can try Alexander Technique or get to know our Students’ Union, who will be present, as will our Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility team who have some fun and vibrant initiatives for you to join.

The University Gym will hold free taster exercise classes, with prizes to be won. Our Polyclinic and Be Well London will have information about a wide range of complementary treatments, as well as talks and workshops available at great discounts.

The London Fire Brigade will be joining us and our Estates and Facilities team will be promoting their helpdesk service.

Most activities will be at Marylebone but some will take place at other University locations.
