In the article, Katalin explores Stephen Covey’s model of trust that implies that a lack of trust towards management within an organisation comes at a tangible price. She maintains that trust is a necessity rather than a nice to have luxury. 

We need to feel protected and cared for so that we can focus our energies on creation rather than survival.
