Read-only access means that you will only be able to view information, but will not be able to make any changes to your contact details (address, telephone number etc). It also means staff will be unable to make changes to information until the upgrade is complete.
While the upgrade is taking place the following will be unavailable via SRSWeb: Address Changer, CA1 forms, Assessment Logging and My Surveys.
