There are academic benefits and work-related skills to be gained from group work. Group work is seen as effective learning strategy because it provides opportunities for students to collaborate with others and to reflect on their learning. Although most students understand the need for group work, some find it difficult to perform effectively within the small group setting.
Our Westminster Change Academy project aims to improve the student experience of group work.
