Join us for our Mindfulness and Meditative Practice Group to help manage the pressure of assessments and exams.
There will be a series of ten workshops, which will take place every Wednesday starting on 24 April.
Setting aside some space each day for reflection and self-awareness can help you:
- be more productive and manage your time better
- improve your memory and retention of information
- build personal resilience to cope under pressure
The sessions are led by Yusuf Kaplan, Interfaith Adviser.
