Meet your newly-elected University of Westminster Students’ Union officer team for the academic year 2026-27!

Following three days of voting across all four campuses, the results for the 2026 Officer Election were announced during a ceremony which took place on Tuesday 17 March at Regent campus’s Hideaway space.
These elections are the most direct way for Westminster students to shape their university experience. Officers act as the voice of students to the University and ensure their experience continues to improve.
The following students have been elected to lead the Union for the upcoming year:
- President: Muhammad Barik Ullah
- Vice President of Belonging and Community: Garvit Kapoor
- Vice President of Education: Adeola Adefulu
Congratulations to all the elected officers who demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a passion for making a positive impact on the university community.
The Students’ Union would like to thank every student who stood as a candidate in this election. It takes a great deal of effort to campaign across our campuses and engage with the student body.
The new team of officers will start their term in July 2026.
